Job Description
To assure the availability of Novartis products by executing Novartis Global SCM processes within procurement, purchasing, order management as well as inventory management. Ensure high quality customer support (3rd party and internal), as well as with QA related topics (safety re-labelling, ex-EU import licenses, etc.).

Major Accountabilities:
- Executing the sales order process including customer orders, returns and complaints
- Invoicing and credit handling
- Procurement & ordering process as well as goods receipt for Novartis Pharma products (including narcotics)
- Cooperation with 3P warehouse for import/export licenses and customs
- Ensure high quality customer support and communication, 3rd party and internal
- Availability of Novartis Pharma products in the market
- Ensure that handling and distribution of medicinal Novartis products are in accordance with regulatory legislative requirements, GDP and the Novartis Corporate Quality Manual and Policies
- Month end closing procedures and reporting
- Inventory management
- Maintain master data for the product assortment
- Support & challenge the product managers in the sales forecasts process

Minimum requirements
Minimum requirements:

- Bachelor or equivalent within supply chain
- Good verbal and written Norwegian and English skills is necessary
- Minimum of 5 years of previous working experience, preferably from a logistics department
- Experience from a multinational company if possible
- Good IT Knowledge (Excel knowledge is necessary)
- ERP Systems experience (SAP)
